Feeling Bookish

Volunteer vacations are becoming more popular than ever – I  read somewhere that 60% of people in one survey indicated they would take a volunteer vacation – and where travelers go, the guide books are sure to follow.

That’s good news for us at Adventures in Preservation. I’m proud to say AiP’s volunteer preservation projects have been included in two of the genre’s latest offerings:

Book Cover 700 Places to Volunteer Before You Die700 Places to Volunteer Before You Die, from Dog’s Eye View Media, just out.

Due to the length of time the books were in production, Adventures in Preservation is listed under our former name, Heritage Conservation Network. Nonetheless, our mission to restore buildings and renew communities remains the same. You can find us under the archaeology and historic preservation sections!

Happy Reading!
